How Our Pricing Works

The price of our leads is determined upon the lead itself. It depends on whether the lead is a purchase or a refinance, what the loan amount and LTV are, and what the credit rating is, etc. See all available leads with prices here.

The average price of our fresh mortgage leads is anywhere from $3 to $13 with our average refinance lead at $15 and our average purchase lead at $5. We did our best to match our pricing formula to make the lead more attractive to you. The algorithm is simple:

• Purchase and construction leads are two times less expensive than refinance, debt consolidation, and home equity loans.
• Poor credit score leads are four times cheaper than leads with fair, good, and excellent credit scores stated.
• The better the LTV the higher the price. Leads with an LTV of 100% are the least expensive.
• Our pricing is the same for all States, we set the same price for California as we do for Iowa.
• Our pricing formula for leads with credit scores other than "poor" has not changed for years. However, we periodically announce price cuts for certain lead types. Thus, in May 2007, our poor score purchase leads were permanently discounted 2 times to match sub prime market collapse. In the beginning of 2008 many lead generating companies went out of business leading to decrease in competition allowin us to reduce our lead generation costs. In February 2008 our poor score leads were discounted 2 times again.
• In February 2008 we also began to discriminate "poor" and "poor 530+" scores to reflect changing FHA credit score criteria.

• We understand that some of our leads may be considered overpriced so we continue to discount our leads on a daily basis until their prices reach a fraction of a dollar.
• Exclusive price is twice higher than non-exclusive. If exclusive price box is inactive - somebody purchased the lead as non-exclusive already.
• If you purchase the lead excusive, it's price is 2 times higher than non-exclusive. If purchased exclusive, the lead will not be available for purchasing anymore and immediately disappears from the list. If sold non-exclusive, the lead will stay in list until sold 5 times.

Please take into account that all the numbers and parameters are entered by a prospect, we do not verify or change anything the prospect types into the on-line request form.

Two Ways To Get Leads - Same Price

You can purchase leads from our site in one of two ways:

The first option is to visit the site at your convenience and cherry pick the leads that you want. Before you purchase the lead you can view it in its entirety including the amount of times it has been sold and a detailed comment section that can give insight to exactly what the customer is looking for. Basically, you can view everything there is to know about the lead before you buy it.

The second option is to purchase the leads via a filter. You can set up a filter specific to the types of leads that you are looking for. When a lead arrives matching your filter the system will purchase it for you and e-mail it to you within seconds of its submission.

You can also instruct your filter to send you a "reminder only" when a lead comes in matching your filter scenario, you can than go to our web site and view the lead before making the decision to buy it. This feature is free.

Filters are completely free and the pricing of the lead does not change for using filters either. You can also set up multiple filters at no cost as well.

Final Words

For the most part our customers are happy with our pricing and our return policy. As well the fact that our minimum deposit is only $50 with no minimum orders or hidden fee's.

We made our system probably the simplest and most transparent you can find. For instance, we do not charge extra to set up a filter or multiple filters and the filtered leads are the same price as the cherry picked leads. We also do not charge any periodic or sign-up fee. We do not charge extra for popular States. We set no spending limits: buy as many leads as you want as often as you need new prospects.

We generate all the leads we sell. Therefore, we can not, and we don't want to sell refinance-leads-only or good-score-only leads. We report true number of times every lead is sold. We can not guarantee, however, that customer does not use the mortgage shopping sites that don't belong to us along with our's.

As you may guess, all aged leads and some fresh leads priced lower than cost of their generation. Why? Because we want every prospect to be contacted.
